Everything started in May 2014, when Lucas took over a former Cuban dinner and turned it into the success that it is today. He updated the image, changes service patterns, perfected recipes and developed our famous green and red sauces.

Along came his wife Christy, a coffee enthusiast and former barista. She focused on hospitality and service improvements, and of course made sure we have the best Cuban coffee! We have evolved in ways that ensure efficient service, authentic flavors and guaranteed freshness. We are sure that D’Cuban is a places where our guests from all ages, cultures and backgrounds can share a great a Cuban experience, an experience that provides unique flavors, great latin music and amazing service in a fast casual environment.
