Established in 2001, Pig-N-Chik BBQ changed the way BBQ is done in Atlanta. Gone is the old dried-out vinegar-soaked pulled pork. Instead, ours is pulled to order, fresh, moist, and smoky. We have 4 sauces to choose from: a traditional thicker sweet tangy sauce, a hot vinegar North Carolina sauce, a mustard vinegar South Carolina sauce, and Atlanta's best Alabama White Sauce.
